Sunday--out to dinner for hubby's birthday (we didn't get to go last week because our oldest was sick)
Monday--ham and bean soup
Tuesday--BBQ chicken (2 lbs. for later this week), cheddar garlic mayo muffins, mashed potatoes
Wednesday--Jambalaya with shrimp and smoked sauage
Thursday--frozen pizzas
Friday--build your own haystacks with rice, BBQ chicken, corn and cheese
Saturday--cheese and chicken quesadillas
