I have workshops after work this week on Tuesday and Thursday (plus tutoring Tuesday night, busy day!) so we will be having very easy meals those nights. I'm also planning on doing some freezer cooking Monday (french bread, lots of ground beef).
Sunday--homemade chicken noodle soup (hubby is making!), bread
Monday--chicken nuggets, mac and cheese (from freezer), green beans
Tuesday--frozen pizzas
Wednesday--baked parmesan spaghetti (need to purchase mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese), french bread
Thursday--tacos (need hard shells, cheese)
Friday--sausage, mashed potatoes, corn
Saturday--attending a party; I'm taking crack potatoes (need sour cream, cheddar cheese)
