As I prepare to head back to work after having 3 months off with my little ones, I thought I would share with you my dream job.
Responsibilies: Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations. Must have exceptional organizational, planning and follow-through abilities. Must be able to quickly adjust to changes and address and adapt to unexpected problems and issues. Must have the ability to set a budget, as well as maintain and manage finances. Communication skills are a necessity. Must have the ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds and handle more than 1 item at a time. This job requires a strong emphasis on time management and cost management.
Job requires overseeing and guiding team members, including junior and senior members of the team. Must be able to delegate and oversee completion of various tasks. Must work to build your team's ability to work together and team morale.
Must be able to maintain exceedingly high level of cleanliness in work area. Must be meticulous in cleaning up after one's self and team members. Must have the ability to ensure that all members of the team maintain appropriate, clean attire. Must also ensure that all team members receive adequate nourishment to maintain energy.
Must be able to plan and host annual celebrations, including holiday celebrations, as well as team member anniversaries. This involves providing enough food and entertainment for all members of team, as well as any guests.
Must be able to deal with any medical or psychological issues quickly and appropriately as they arise. Must maintain contact with medical and educational professionals involving any team members.
