Freezer Cooking Plan

Since I have a sick little one that I will be staying home with a few days this week, I thought it would be a good time to do a quick freezer cooking session.  Here's what I have planned:

peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
mix and match muffin mix
chocolate chip muffins
pancake mix
waffle mix
butterhorns (some with chocolate chips)
baby food--roasted butternut squash, steamed green beans and peas 

So excited to have some things in the freezer again!

    Sorry to hear you have a sick little one but it will be a mice chance for you to get done what you want to in the kitchen! I love having a few homemade items stashed in the freezer.

    Oh my, I meant "nice chance", not "mice"! :-). That is what I get for typing while nursing...
