Garlic Croutons

Garlic Croutons

Ingredients:
  • bread ends, stale bread pieces
  • 4 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • garlic salt to taste (I like a LOT of garlic so I used about 1 TBSP)
  • herbs of choice (thyme, basil, oregano)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cut bread into crouton size pieces.  Combine melted butter, garlic salt and herbs.  Toss bread pieces with butter mixture.  Bake on cookie sheet until crisp, approximately 20 minutes.  Place croutons in a freezer safe bag and freeze until ready to use!
