I made another batch of strawberry muffins this afternoon and substituted chopped bananas for half of the strawberries. I also made fresh strawberry butter to go on top. Delicious!
Fresh Strawberry Butter
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 large strawberries
1-2 tsps. confectioner's sugar
Combine all in a blender or food processor. Enjoy on muffins or pancakes.
How in the world do you have time for all this baking? They look delicious!
